Instructions for Copy and Paste. Copy & Paste: Highlight the text that you wish to Copy. This means to put the mouse arrow at the beginning of the line you want to copy. While holding down the left mouse button, drag over the entire line (or lines) you wish to copy. It will be highlighted. The moment you release the left mouse-button, the text will be copied. (In some instances you might have to hold down the Control key and press the letter c to copy the text.) Go to where you want to paste what you copied. (Aliases, Popups, or Notepad) Place your cursor where you wish to start. Paste your text there by holding down the Control key and pressing the letter v. Your text will appear. Now you will have to edit or delete out the nick and put in the command for the nick: $snick or $1 for aliases $$1 for popups $1 for text files You will also have to delete out the <nick> out at the beginning of the line. After editing out the nick and adding your command, make sure you press the save key!! Just a hint, it is best to copy the line before and after the popup. That way you are to be sure to get the entire popup you are copying. Then all you have to do is to edit out those lines when you are doing your editing. I have made available an Instruction and Sample Zip file that you can download. Included is the instructions that I have on this site and also a sampling of some aliases and popups that you can copy and paste into your program.
